Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay: $3,006.00 weekly (travel)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Additional Requirements: Rotational weekends + weekday/weekend call
EMR: EPIC experience required

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Echo Technologist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Cape May Courthouse, New Jersey. The ideal candidate is confident performing a full range of cardiac ultrasound procedures and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced clinical environment with on‑call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac ultrasound examinations—including stress echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)—in accordance with American Society of Echocardiography guidelines and ICAEL standards.
• Demonstrate full competency with cardiac ultrasound principles and digital ultrasound equipment.
• Complete all scheduled daily exams within appropriate time frames and tailored to population‑specific needs.
• Prepare patients for procedures and clearly explain exam steps to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Navigate and document within an electronic medical record (EPIC) accurately and efficiently.

Required Certifications & Experience

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Registered through ARDMS or CCI
• EPIC experience required
• Prior experience performing a full spectrum of cardiac ultrasound procedures

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in cardiac ultrasound imaging and digital ultrasound systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
• Strong communication skills and patient‑focused approach
• Ability to participate in rotational weekend shifts and on‑call coverage
