Description
Unit: Critical Care (20 beds)
Patient Ratio: 1:2
Dress Code: Any color scrubs
Key Requirements
- Experience:
- 2+ years current Critical Care (required)
- Skills:
- Ventilator management
- ICP monitoring
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Certifications (must be in hand at submission):
- BLS, ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
- License:
- Active Massachusetts RN license (required, no exceptions)
- Preferred:
- Meditech Expanse
- TNCC
- BSN
Submission & Compliance
- Must include:
- Permanent address
- Work history, skills checklist (within 1 year)
- 1 recent supervisor reference
- All certifications + MA license
- Agency MA Temporary Nursing Service License (mandatory)
- Traveler must:
- Have own vehicle
- Be reachable with voicemail set up
- Provide 2 specific interview time slots
- Quick turnaround – candidates must be ready for fast interview/offer
Scheduling Rules
- Max 5 days RTO (must be declared at submission; no changes later)
- No block scheduling
- 36-hour guarantee not available
- Must float to PCU as needed
