🏥 Unit Overview:
44-bed mixed acuity PCU with strong cardiac focus and excellent support.
📊 Ratios: 1:3–4
💓 Patient Population:
• Post cardiac procedures (CABG, TAVR, Cath Lab)
• CHF, MI, dysrhythmias
• Stroke backup & medical overflow
🛠 Requirements:
✔ 2+ years PCU/Stepdown experience
✔ Cardiac drips (Amio, Cardizem, etc.)
✔ Telemetry interpretation
✔ Post-cardiac recovery experience
📋 Certifications:
✔ BLS
✔ ACLS
✔ NIHSS
🔄 Additional Details:
• Floating within scope required
• Every other weekend & holiday
• EPIC charting
