📍 Location: Midtown (IN)
🗓 Start Date: May 18
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks

⏱ Weekly Hours Breakdown

• Standard: 36 hrs/week
  • 3 shifts × 12 hrs
• Optional: 48 hrs/week (if requested)
  • 4 shifts × 12 hrs
• Overtime Rule:
  • On 48-hr contract → OT kicks in after 52 hrs/week

🌙 Shift Details

• Nights: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (12 hrs)
• Weekends: 3 weekends in every 6 weeks
• Holidays: Every other holiday

🔁 Floating Requirements

• First to float within skillset
• Possible locations:
  • Midtown (primary)
  • Newburgh, IN (8 miles)
  • Henderson, KY (11 miles)
• ⏳ 2-hour notice for cross-campus float

🚫 Important Rules

• ❌ No local candidates (within 40-mile radius)
• ❌ 3 call-ins = contract termination risk

📋 Requirements

• ✔️ 2+ years strong Cardiac/Tele experience
• ✔️ At least 1 travel assignment
• ✔️ Trauma Level II experience
• ✔️ Active Compact License
• ✔️ Certifications:
  • AHA BLS
  • AHA ACLS
  • NIHSS
• ✔️ Recent EPIC experience

💉 Patient Population

• High-acuity Tele/MS
• Cardiac-heavy:
  • Afib (RVR), flutter, heart blocks
  • CHF, COPD, sepsis
  • Dialysis, post-ablation
• Behavioral health / CIWA cases

🛠 Key Skills Required

• Tele + 12-lead EKG interpretation (test required)
• IV drips (heparin, amio, cardizem, etc.)
• Chest tubes, nephrostomy, drains
• Strong assessment + critical thinking

🏥 Unit Snapshot

• 41 beds
• Ratios:
  • Days: 1:4–5
  • Nights: 1:5–7
• Strong, experienced team (manager 15+ yrs)
