Pros

Lancesoft staff are very diligent and kept me on target to be finished with credentialling on time. Shreya was my main point of contact and she was always available. She was informative. She was able to answer my questions and addressed every concern that I had. I highly appreciate the great work they are doing. Thank you!

Cons

I have nothing negative to share.
