Schedule

• Night shift only
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36-hour guaranteed weekly hours
• Every 3rd weekend required
• No call

Required Experience

• 2+ years RN experience (required)
• 1+ year travel experience (required)
• Level III NICU experience (required)
• Newborn population experience required
• Epic experience required

Required Certifications

• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• NRP (required)

Unit Scope

• NICU providing care for newborns across complex acuity levels
• RN may care for patients across the life cycle scope per facility policy
• Focus on independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing practice

Core NICU Skills Expected

• Level III NICU clinical competency
• Newborn stabilization and ongoing critical care
• Respiratory support and monitoring
• Neonatal assessment and care planning
• Interdisciplinary coordination of care
• Family-centered care in NICU setting

Scheduling Notes

• Every 3rd weekend required
• No call requirements

Submission Requirements (Strict)

• 2 supervisory references with employment dates
• Complete work history and skills checklist (within 1 year)
• All RTO must be included at submission (not guaranteed after)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (status noted in profile if applicable)
