Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic/Outpatient
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced LPN to provide patient care in an outpatient/clinic setting, supporting physicians and RNs with treatments, procedures, and patient management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient care and activities of daily living
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform IV therapy, catheter care, and specimen collection
- Prepare patients for procedures and diagnostic tests
- Document patient care and report observations
- Support patient education and emotional care
Requirements:
- Active NY LPN License
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- IV therapy certification (as per NY requirements)
- Strong organizational and patient care skills
- EPIC experience preferred
