🌟 OB RN – Wausau, WI | Travel Contract

📍 Location:
📅 Contract Length: 13 Weeks
🚀 Start Date: ASAP

⏰ Weekly Schedule & Hours

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Typical Work Week: 3 shifts/week
Overtime: Possible beyond 36 hours

📌 Key Work Details

Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend
Holiday Rotation: Every other holiday
Float: None
On-Call: Possible during low census
- Call-back minimum: 2 hours paid

Up to 36 hours can be low census (unbillable) over contract
You may be placed on-call during low census hours
If called back in → you’ll be paid
Orientation Week: Hours not guaranteed
Holidays: Guaranteed hours may vary if unit is closed

🏥 Unit Overview

11-bed Labor & Delivery + 8-bed Postpartum
~112 deliveries/month (≈1350 annually)
Patient Ratio: Based on acuity (L&D standard)

✅ Requirements

Experience: 2+ years OB with strong L&D skills
License: Active WI RN
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA/ARC)
- Advanced NRP
EMR: EPIC (preferred)

👕 Dress Code

Scrubs: Any color

💉 Health Compliance

Flu & COVID vaccine required
If declined → Mask mandatory at all times (strict policy)
