Position Overview

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide inpatient OB/GYN and Labor & Delivery nursing services in a fast‑paced hospital environment. The RN will deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in OB/GYN inpatient and Labor & Delivery settings
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and accurate documentation
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Support laboring, postpartum, and gynecologic patients
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation

Key Personnel Qualification Requirements (Mandatory)

Licensure

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (U.S. state or territory)

Certifications

• BLS (required)
• ACLS (required)
• PALS (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of RN experience
• OB/GYN or Labor & Delivery experience required

Credentialing & Compliance

• Must meet Indian Health Service (IHS) credentialing standards
• Federal background check required

Health Requirements

• Seasonal influenza vaccination
