Travel Nurse RN - Acute Care Case Management

The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating continuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with medical regime.

Unit: Anesthesia, Pre-Anesthesia Evaluation

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 Years Case Management experience required
• 5+ Years of experience: $3,788/wk
• Travel RN experience preferred
• BLS
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
