Description
7:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Every Other Weekend Required.
Holidays- As Needed.
No on Call.
2+ Year of recent Pediatric ED Experience- Required.
This is a FAST-PACED, high patient acuity Pediatric Emergency Department.Pediatric Emergency Department can reach up to 80 Patient Volume ED/per day.
Float Requirements- float within department- ED Adult, Peds, IMC
Required Skills & Experience:-Must have minimum 18 months of Nursing experience working in a pediatric ED environment.
-Demonstrated level of performance and practice is required.
-Must have ED experience within the past six months.
Required 2 years of PEDS Experience
Required Education:-ASN
Preferred Education:-BSN
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
-BLS-American Heart Assoc.
-ACLS-American Heart Assoc.
-PALS-American Heart Assoc.
-NIHSS
-CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours
-Telemetry
Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
-NRP-American Heart Assoc.
