Start Date: May 18

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 3×12 Nights – Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Gross Pay: $2,600/week

Position Overview

A high‑acuity, Level 1 Trauma Center in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an experienced Travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week night‑shift assignment beginning 5/18. This role offers exposure to a wide range of trauma, stroke, and burn cases, along with access to multiple GE scanner platforms across emergency, inpatient, and neuro units.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CT experience
  • ARRT (CT) certification
  • BLS (AHA)
  • Active Georgia license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Experience working in Level 1 Trauma environments
  • Strong competency with stroke and burn imaging protocols
  • Ability to work Fri–Sun, 7p–7a independently and efficiently

Equipment & Environment Details

  • 3 scanners located in the ECC (Emergency Care Center)
  • 2 scanners dedicated to inpatient imaging
  • 1 scanner on the neuro floor, used overnight
  • GE scanners:
    • 2 with older platform
    • 5 with Revolution platform
  • EPIC EMR system

Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑quality CT imaging for trauma, stroke, burn, and emergent cases
  • Operate GE CT scanners across ECC, inpatient, and neuro units
  • Prioritize STAT and trauma imaging in a fast‑paced Level 1 environment
  • Ensure accurate documentation within EPIC
  • Maintain patient safety, proper positioning, and radiation safety standards
  • Collaborate with radiologists, ED staff, and inpatient teams
