Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Surveyor - This role involves conducting quality reviews, evaluating agency performance, and supporting surveillance activities for Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSA), Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHA), hospices, and Home Health Aide Training Programs (HHATP) in accordance with New York State laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years' related experience required.
- Travel experience preferred.
- Certs REQ: BLS preferred
- License REQ: An active Licensed RN following state regulations required
Description:
- Contract Period: up to 2 years
- Shift: Days- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry systems and documentation processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
