Interim Director of Nursing (DON) – Post-Acute / LTC Management | St. Paul, MN
 

We’re seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) for a 13-week assignment in a long-term care (LTC) setting in St. Paul, MN. This is a leadership role with hands-on responsibilities, including supporting floor coverage as needed.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 5x8s (Days)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
• Start: ASAP

Pay Package:

• Travel: $52/hr + $1,246 weekly stipend = $3,326 gross/week | $85 OT
• Local: $70/hr | $105 OT

Role Overview:

• Serve as Interim DON for LTC facility
• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff
• Assist on the floor as needed to ensure coverage
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain quality patient care

Requirements:

• Active RN license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience (LTC leadership preferred)
• BLS Certification
• BSN not required
