Travel Behavioral Health LVN/LPN – Rotating

🔄 Rotating Schedule

Shift Details

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM + one 4-hour shift (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
OR
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, 5x8 schedule
Must work holidays
First 4 weeks orientation: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Medication administration (oral, rectal, internal, injections)
Treatments and nursing procedures
EMR documentation
Monitor residents during treatments/procedures
Collect specimens and screening tests
Respond to emergencies
Maintain supplies and records
Communicate with care team and providers
Patient education and support

Experience Preferred

Behavioral health experience
Dual diagnosis population
Maladaptive / challenging behaviors
Large med pass experience
Nursing home / LTC background
Acute care, public health, psych, or community clinic experience

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years LVN/LPN experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Clean license required

Required Certifications

✔️ Active Texas LVN/LPN License
✔️ AHA BLS
✔️ CPR

Additional Requirements

Drug screen required
Fingerprinting required
Immunization compliance required
COVID testing required (vaccination card if applicable)
2 references from different employers required
