Schedule:
• 40 hours/week
• Rotating schedule (every other weekend required)
Shifts:
• 2p-10p
Pay:
Local:
• Starting at $35/hr
Travel (50+ miles):
• W2: $20/hr
• Stipends (non-taxed): $800/week
• Blended Rate: $40/hr ($1,600 weekly)
Contract:
• 6-month contract (extension potential)
Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking an LVN to work at Lubbock State Supported Living Center. This is a long-term care setting where patients live on-site. You’ll be working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, many of whom may also have behavioral health needs and chronic medical conditions. Care is more routine and relationship-based, focusing on medication administration, daily health monitoring, and providing consistent, compassionate support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Assist with daily living support and care planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
Requirements:
• Active LVN license
• Experience in LTC, IDD, or behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
