Job Title: Registered Nurse – NICU
Location: Madison, WI
Shift: Night Shift (3x12 Hours)
Duration: 13 Weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to critically ill neonates in a Level IV NICU setting
• Manage high-acuity patients including premature infants and post-surgical neonates
• Perform advanced neonatal care including ventilator management and respiratory support
• Administer medications, blood products, and perform neonatal dosage calculations
• Manage central lines, UAC/UVC, and IV therapy
• Support feeding methods including bottle, breast, and gavage feeding
• Monitor and treat conditions such as neonatal sepsis, seizures, and respiratory distress
• Provide family-centered care, education, and emotional support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive neonatal care

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience (Level III/IV)
• At least 1 year of Level IV NICU experience (required)
• Recent EPIC experience required (within last 12 months preferred)
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Experience with post-op neonates, trachs, vents, and invasive/non-invasive ventilation required
