Description
Rad/CT- Certs required: ARRT (R)(CT), KS LRT, BLS/CPR Shift: 3rd Shift- Every Wed/Thurs 2130-0730; Every other weekend Fri 2330-0700, Sat/Sun 7p-7a. Week 1- Sun 7p-7a , Wed 2130-0730, Thursday 2130-0730. Week 2- Wed 2130-0730, Thurs 2130-0730, Fri 2330-0700, Saturday 7p-7a. HCP will take a drug screen on site as part of FDI and a DS is required as part of the compliance items to be cleared as well. EMR: Meditech... No set scrub color. no first time travelers. MUST BE OVER 45 MILES FROM THE FACILITY! MUST LIST MILEAGE ON SUBMISSION PACKET! OT starts at hour 49. Cancellation policy is they can cancel 1 shift every 2 weeks!!!
