Travel CT Tech – Weekend Days | Alabama
We have a 13-week Travel CT Tech opening in Alabama for an experienced technologist looking for a highly desirable weekend-only schedule with full weekday flexibility.
This assignment offers three consistent 12-hour day shifts Friday through Sunday, making it an excellent fit for travelers who want schedule stability, strong guaranteed hours, and four days off every week.

Responsibilities
The CT Tech will perform diagnostic CT imaging studies while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and efficient department workflow.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating CT imaging equipment for routine and emergent scans
- Positioning patients appropriately for accurate imaging
- Monitoring patients throughout procedures
- Working collaboratively with physicians and radiology staff
- Maintaining proper documentation within the EMR
- Ensuring adherence to radiation safety and quality protocols
This role requires a confident CT technologist who can maintain strong workflow during weekend daytime coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year recent CT Tech experience
- BLS required
- Strong recent CT scanning background required
- Experience with GE CT equipment preferred
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Must reside 50+ miles from facility
- No local candidates accepted

- 64/32 slice scanner experience helpful
