Description
Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (including some Saturdays)
- Monday–Friday: 07:45 AM – 07:15 PM
- Saturday: 08:00 AM – 05:15 PM
- Schedule provided in advance (2+ weeks at a time)
- Assignment length: 13 weeks or longer preferred
Locations:
- Hospital outpatient pharmacy (on campus)
- Off-site pharmacy (~5 miles from hospital) with drive-through
- Grocery store pharmacy (~3 miles from hospital)
- May float between locations based on daily coverage needs
Requirements:
- Active Oregon Pharmacist license
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSN required per posting note)
- BLS Certification required
- Experience with EPIC preferred
- Ability to float between multiple outpatient pharmacy sites
- Comfortable working in high-volume retail/outpatient pharmacy settings
- Trauma Level III facility experience (if applicable to hospital site)
