• Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: 3 shifts one week / 4 shifts next week (≈84 hrs bi-weekly)
• Timesheet: Weekly

📄 Job Description

The RN – Inpatient Pediatrics / Medical Surgical will provide comprehensive inpatient care to pediatric and med-surg patients in a hospital setting. The role requires strong clinical skills, emergency response capability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
 

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric and med-surg patients
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures
• Respond to emergencies (Code Blue/RRT) per protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA
• Float to other departments as required

📋 Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in Pediatric & Medical Surgical Nursing
• License: Active RN License (Any U.S. State)
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NRP
