Description
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Dayshift)
Location: Aberdeen, Washington
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Dayshift, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Hours per Week: 36 hours with opportunity for extra shifts
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience and knowledge as an Emergency Department nurse required.
- Schedule requires full availability; any return-to-office (RTO) time off must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract.
- Familiarity with Meditech electronic health record system is helpful but not mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
