🧪 Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Job Description (Columbia, SC Healthcare):

A Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) performs essential diagnostic laboratory testing that helps physicians detect, diagnose, and treat diseases in patients. In Columbia, SC healthcare settings (including VA hospitals and major medical centers), the role is primarily hands-on laboratory testing and specimen processing.

🏥 Core Duties & Responsibilities:

MLTs typically perform the following tasks:

🔬 1. Laboratory Testing

Conduct routine and specialized tests on:
