Job Summary – Nurse Supervisor
**Associate DON in General Peds, PICU, NICU

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing operations, support staff performance, and ensure high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for planning and implementing programs that improve patient outcomes and employee efficiency. The Nurse Supervisor will monitor unit performance, collaborate with nurse managers, address corrective actions when needed, and maintain systems for tracking medication errors and staff counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care standards
  • Develop programs to improve patient care and staff performance
  • Monitor unit performance with nurse managers
  • Assist with corrective action plans and staff guidance
  • Maintain records for medication errors and counseling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
  • Active RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • 7+ years of nursing experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role
