Sr. Pharmacist – Travel Assignment
Job Overview
- Job Type: Travel
- Specialty: Pharmacist (Allied Health)
- Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Role Summary
Senior Pharmacist responsible for:
- Compounding, preparing, mixing, and dispensing medications
- Ensuring proper drug handling, storage, and usage
- Maintaining pharmacy compliance with departmental policies
- Translating policies into daily clinical operations
- Supervising and training pharmacy technical staff
- Supporting technical and clinical pharmacy operations
Requirements
- License: Active Pharmacist license (required)
- Education: Pharmacy degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience (preferred):
- 2 years technical pharmacy experience
- 2 years clinical pharmacy experience (regulatory area)
- 1 year hospital pharmacy experience
- Certification: BCPS preferred (not required)
