Facility Name: Spring View Hospital

Location Address: 320 Loretto Road, Lebanon, KY 40033

• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Specialty: L&D
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 7p-7a
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Call Requirements: Every other weekend
• Required Certifications: Active RN License and BLS
• Years of Experience: 1 -2 year in acute care facility
• Float Requirements: may be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility supervisor
