🏥 ABOUT THE ROLE

This Emergency Department RN role is designed for a skilled and confident nurse who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. You will provide immediate, life-saving care to diverse patient populations while collaborating with physicians, techs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

This is a peak census support assignment, meaning you will be stepping into a high-demand environment where your skills will have immediate impact.

💉 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform rapid, high-level patient assessments in emergency situations
• Deliver critical interventions and stabilize acute patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in real time
• Administer medications and emergency treatments per protocol
• Document accurately in compliance with hospital standards
• Collaborate closely with trauma and emergency care teams
• Float support within scope when needed based on hospital demand 

🎯 IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 1+ year ED or high-acuity acute care experience preferred
• Comfortable handling fast-paced emergency situations
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexible and adaptable in dynamic clinical settings 

📚 REQUIRED LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS

• Active RN License (CO or Compact eligible)
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• TNCC
• ENPC
• NIHSS
