Requirements:

*Minimum 2 years of recent Clinical Pharmacist experience – Required

*AHA - BLS, ACLS, PALS certification – Required
*Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required

*LA Pharmacy state licensure required.
*Shift - Day - 8-hour shifts and start/end time varies - 40 hours per week/5 days in a week

*No locals/50 miles radius rule
