❤️🔥 RN – Electrophysiology Lab (EP) | Travel Contract
Facility: Bon Secours Mercy Health
Location: [Insert City, State]
Shift: Days | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Call: None
Weekends: None
⚠️ IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (READ BEFORE APPLYING)
- NO local candidates (must live outside 50-mile radius)
- EP Lab experience REQUIRED (Cath Lab-only candidates will NOT be accepted)
- Must have EPIC experience
- Must be able to circulate EP procedures + assist with monitoring
- Must pass EKG exam

🫀 Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced EP Lab Registered Nurse to support a high-volume electrophysiology lab. This role focuses on circulating EP procedures, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and supporting device-based interventions.
🧪 Unit Details
- 2 EP Labs
- 6–7 cases per day
- No call, no weekends
- ITO interview process
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Circulate EP procedures (including ablations)
- Assist with monitoring cardiac rhythms
- Support device procedures and patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Provide patient education and care coordination
⚙️ Procedures & Devices
- Pacemakers
- ICDs / Defibrillators
- BiV devices
- Watchman
- Loop recorders
🖥️ Systems Used
- Epic
- Cupid
- MacLab / CardioLab
🎯 Requirements
- Active RN license (compact or state)
- EP Lab experience REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in cardiac/critical setting
- Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
🏅 Certifications
- BLS (required)
- ACLS (required)
⭐ Preferred
- Scrubbing experience
- Cath Lab + EP crossover (but must have EP)
- Advanced cardiac certifications (CCRN, RCIS, RCES)
🚨 Submission Requirements
- Must include 3 interview times (with time zone)
- Candidate must be prepared for EKG exam
- Confirm candidate understands no local rule
