Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Home Health Nurse - Travel to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care directly in patients' homes across various locations, ensuring high-quality, personalized treatment tailored to individual needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent assessment skills, and the flexibility to travel frequently to deliver vital health services in diverse community settings. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while embracing the challenges and rewards of travel nursing.
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Contract: 13 weeks
Requirements:
Must have SC/Compact State RN License
Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience required.
Must have BLS from AHA.
Must have OASIS experience.
