Job Title: CT Technologist
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: 80 Jesse Hill Jr Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30303
Work Setting: Free-standing Emergency Department (Union City, GA)
Schedule: Nights – 3 shifts/week (36 hours)
Shift Timing: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
System Used: EPIC

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CT Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans in a fast-paced emergency care environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• CT certification/endorsement preferred
• Previous experience in CT imaging, preferably in an emergency or acute care setting
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system preferred
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient positioning and safety during imaging procedures
• Administer contrast media when required, following safety guidelines
• Evaluate CT images for quality and accuracy before submission
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC system
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure timely diagnosis
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after procedures
