Description

MANAGER INTERVIEW
UNIT: MLT

Minimum Experience: 3+ years core lab experience. 1 Travel required

Required Certifications: MLT or MT or CLS. ASCP, preferred but not required. AHA or ARC BLS

Charting/Equipment: Epic Required

Unit Specific Skillset Position will be primarily Lab Assistant with Phlebotomy required: Will be doing mostly Phlebotomy with processing of some urinalysis, chemistry and Kit test processing. Will need to be flexible to toggle between lab assistant and MLT responsibilities as needed

Float Requirements: Could float to Tomahawk, Eagle River, or Howard Young. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed

On Call/Call-Back: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours

Weekend/Holiday: every other weekend and holiday rotation
