Assignment Details
- Shift: Monday – Friday
- Timing: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekends: Not required
- Holidays: Not required
- Call: Not required
Role Overview
Provide evaluation and treatment to a variety of outpatient cases, focusing on improving patient mobility, function, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
- Ensure quality patient care and outcomes

- EMR: EPIC
Requirements
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Outpatient experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to work independently after initial orientation
Dress Code
- Business casual OR
- Polo (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown)
Orientation
- 1-week department orientation
- Expected to start seeing patients within first few days
