Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Step-Down Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This vital role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care to less acute settings, ensuring smooth recovery and optimal health outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in acute and critical care, with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and deliver comprehensive, compassionate care. This position offers an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary environment that emphasizes patient safety, quality improvement, and professional growth.
Shift: 12 hours; Night; EOW
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Contract: 12 hours
Requirements:
Must have IN/Compact State RN License
Minimum 2 years of Stepdown experience required.
Must have BLS and ACLS from AHA.
