⏱️ Weekly Hours Breakdown

• Hours per shift: 12.5 hours (including handoff time)
• Shifts per week: 3 days
• Total weekly hours: ~37.5 hours/week
• Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks (minimum)

👉 Note: You’ll typically work full-time hours (36–37.5 hrs/week), but the facility guarantees at least 60 hours in a 2-week period.

📅 Schedule Expectations

• Weekends: Required
• Floating: Possible (mostly rare, but should be flexible)
• RTO: Max 2 requests (pre-approved for auto offer)

✅ Requirements

• Experience: First-time travelers not accepted
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Local Candidates: Not accepted

🏥 Unit Overview (MICU)

• High-acuity critical care (ventilators, cardiac arrest, ARDS, CVA, shock, etc.)
• Patient ratio: Typically 2:1 (may go up to 4:1 for boarders)
• Common procedures: intubation, chest tubes, central lines, code blue response
• Support: 1 CNA per shift
