RN Case Manager – Acute Care Hospital

Location: Mission Hills, CA 91345
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour
Assignment Type: Travel

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital case management experience (REQUIRED)
Must have hands-on experience with care coordination and discharge planning
Travel experience required (First-time travelers may be considered and will be clinically screened)
License: Active California RN license required (pending license accepted but must be active before start date)

Certifications

Required: Active RN License
Preferred: Certifications related to Case Management or Utilization Review

Skills & Expertise

Care Coordination
Discharge Planning
Plan of Care Development
Utilization Review
Knowledge of InterQual Criteria (preferred)
Understanding of CMS guidelines
Familiarity with DRG systems (preferred)
