Description

This position is located in a long-term care for veterans, including skilled nursing, personal care, memory care for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, as well as short-term rehabilitation services. Care includes 24/7 nursing support, medication management, assistance with daily living activities, and on-site clinical and therapy services

Job Duties include:

Direct and coordinate nursing care, staffing, and resources on assigned shift
Assess residents and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Supervise nursing staff and maintain accurate documentation
Provide hands-on clinical care, including medication administration and specialized procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
Follow professional nursing standards and exercise independent clinical judgment

This is a 5x8 schedule - night shift.

Certifications required: BLS
