• Pay Rate: $45.00-47.00 an hour paid weekly
• Shift: 3rd shift –10:45pm-7:15am – includes every other weekend
• Location: Erie, PA 16507
• Benefits: available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status
• Coordinate and oversee daily care provided by LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions, including CPR when needed
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary care teams, residents, and families
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Manage chronic conditions and provide ongoing evaluation of resident health needs
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and state/federal healthcare regulations
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Oversee wound care, IV therapy, and other complex nursing treatments as needed
• Supervise medication administration and ensure accuracy of nursing interventions
• Support end-of-life care and provide emotional support to residents and families
