This opportunity is with ATI Physical Therapy in Abingdon, Maryland — an outpatient orthopedic setting focused on helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to daily activities, work, and sports through individualized rehabilitation programs.

Job Details

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
Schedule: Monday–Friday Day Shift
Patient Population: Orthopedic, post-op, sports medicine, general outpatient
Typical Caseload: Adult and active patient population
EMR: ATI documentation system

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients
• Create individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Treat conditions including:
  • Post-surgical rehab
  • Sports injuries
  • Neck and back pain
  • Joint replacements
  • Balance and mobility deficits
• Provide patient education and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with PTAs and clinic staff
• Complete timely documentation

Preferred Experience

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Manual therapy experience helpful
• Sports rehab background is a plus
• New graduates may be considered depending on clinic support
