Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU/IMC setting, primarily during night shifts from 1845 to 0715.
• Monitor and manage patients with high acuity needs, including those requiring drips, arterial lines, and BIPAP or Airvo support.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient treatment and safety.
• Follow facility protocols, including attending orientation and completing required training.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in compliance with hospital policies.
• Float to a lesser unit as needed, with prior notice and minimal disruption.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Missouri.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in a PCU or similar unit.
• Completion of hospital orientation and required credentialing before start date.
• Experience with high acuity drips, arterial lines, BIPAP, and Airvo preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high acuity patient management and critical care interventions.
• Knowledge of arterial lines and ventilator support.
• Ability to work every other weekend and flexibility for major holidays.
