Experience Required: 2 years; no first time travelers
Certs Required: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS
Skills Required: Triage, assisting with RSI/intubation, procedural sedation, restraints, blood products -mass transfusion, experience in stroke -neuro alert /criteria, trauma activations/care, Cardiac -STEMI
Patient Types: Emergency patients from neonates to geriatrics, Pediatric experience- preferred 1% peds population, Chest Pain, Abd Pain, Stroke, Neuro, Air transport AMI patients, 2 Psych Patients average/ week.

Nurse - 1:4 (days) 1:5 (nights)

I have worked with this company for 3, along with a few others, and they have been great! They seem to be very appreciative of their staff and always sending appreciative gifts to you. I can’t say much now that they have joined TotalMed, but am looking forward to see what develops.
Cons
Rates are not always the best, would be nice to have a few more eastern and southern state options, like Mississippi or North Carolina cities
