Title - CT Tech

Location - Charlotte, NC

Shift- Night 4x10-Hour (21:00 - 07:00)

***MUST have more than 500-bed hospital experience**

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:

• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Minimum Experience, but would prefer more years
• Skills: Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU
• ***GE & Siemens Scanner Use is a MUST***
• ***Some Trauma***
• CT Procedure Experience: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction
• Certs: BLS, ARRT(R) and ARRT (CT) REQUIRED

PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Skills: Outpatient, IV Starts, PACS, Contrast, Visage

JOB DETAILS:
-RATIOS: Daily Caseload: 150-200 Scans; 4 Rooms
-SHIFT: *40 Hours can be offered
-Unit Will Accept 13 Weeks!
-10-HOUR NIGHTS (Monday-Thursday Block); 21:00 - 0700
-Call Requirement: NONE
-Floating Requirement: NONE
-WEEKEND SCHEDULE: NONE

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: This is in the emergency department on a Siemen's scanner doing routine ED patients, also Code Stroke and some trauma patients. ***VERY FAST PACED*** On first shift we typically have 4-5 techs. Second shift after 5pm there are typically 2-3 techs. Third shift there is 2 techs. Weekends we have 3 techs. Typical case load for one tech in an 8-hour shift is anywhere from 8-12 patients.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Siemens Scanner, GE.
