Description

Nurse Practitioner (Float)

Location: Chagrin Falls, OH

Pay Rate: $74.87/hr, paid weekly

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare services
Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and health counseling
Perform routine physicals, wellness visits, and chronic condition management
Encourage preventive care and patient engagement through screenings and education
Manage patient follow-up and support positive long-term health outcomes
Assist with clinic operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff to ensure exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Active NP/PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
1+ years clinic and FNP experience required
