Occupational Therapist (OT) – In-House Rehab Team
Employment Type: Part-Time
Salary Range: $38–$54/hour (DOE)**
 

Job Overview:

We do things differently. Our rehabilitation services are provided in-house, not through outside contractors. As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll be a valued member of a consistent care team, working closely with nursing and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
 

Position Summary:

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing occupational therapy services at the highest professional level to support residents’ independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide and direct occupational therapy services in accordance with accepted clinical practices and all applicable regulations
• Evaluate residents and develop individualized, effective treatment plans
• Coordinate and communicate treatment plans with nursing staff and other disciplines
• Participate in resident screenings per established schedules
• Provide clinical feedback to designated supervisors
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation and billing records
• Participate in center-directed programs, services, and in-service training
• Travel to other locations on a limited basis as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current, active Occupational Therapist license in the state of employment
• Experience with older adult rehabilitation preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare settings preferred
