Position Details
Modality: Pharmacist - Acute Setting
Openings: 1
Shifts: Mon-Fri; 9am-5:30pm with 30 minute lunch
Hours per Week: 40
Contract Length: 6 Month(s)
Start Date: ASAP
Minimum Experience and Certification Required:
• Framework LTC and Framework ECM experience preferred
• 1 yr of experience in LTC pharmacy preferred
• Current Pharmacist License (Must be in good standing). B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm D. and two to four years related experience and/or training.
