Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds - 41
• Number of Staff – currently have 60+ nursing
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 4 RN and 5 LPN
  • Night Shift – 4 RN and 4 LPN
• Patient Ratios – 1:6
• Type of equipment – patient lifts; iSTAT, glucometer, administer inhalers/breathing treatments, wound vac dressing changes
• EMR – Meditech 

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, LPNs)

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
• BLS 

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• CRRN Certification
• Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute setting
• Telemetry patients/must pass Airstrip telemetry competency
• ACLS 

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

•  Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team
• Lab draws, IV antibiotics, IV meds as needed, blood administration as needed,   head to toe assessments,
