This Medical Surgical unit primarily cares for adult patients requiring post-surgical and general medical care.

Common Patient Diagnoses

Abdominal Pain
Cholelithiasis
Osteoarthritis
Fractures
Back Pain
Morbid Obesity / Bariatric Surgery Patients

Submission Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent MS experience
Travel experience required
Updated resume documenting MS and travel experience
Skills checklist matching specialty
Current AHA BLS Certification
Active NY RN License
NURSYS report with verification of all active RN licenses
Driver’s license with address matching demographics
RTO must be included at the time of submission
EMR Experience Required: EPIC

Additional Notes

Local candidates accepted at local rate (less than 75 miles)
Block scheduling is not guaranteed
Candidates must be flexible to float as needed
