Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospital or healthcare setting - Required
- Experience with discharge planning and medical social work - Required

- Bilingual English/Yup'ik skills - Preferred
License
- Active Alaska LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) license - Required
- Valid Alaska Driver’s License - Required
