Unit Overview
- 4 Cath Lab rooms
- 1 patient per room
- 22 total staff members including RNs and Techs
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
- Equipment: GE rooms
- EMR Systems: Meditech & MacLab
Staffing
Day Shift
- 1 Charge RN
- Director onsite
- 4 staff members per room
- 16 total staff per shift
Night Shift
- On-call team coverage
- 3 staff per call team
- 7 total on-call staff
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- ACLS
- ARRT
- Competency in:
- Special Procedures
- GE Innova systems
Preferred Qualifications
- RCIS certification preferred
Procedures Performed
- Cardiac Cath procedures
- Cerebral angiograms
- Stent placements
- Balloon procedures
- ENT Lab procedures
- Scrubbing responsibilities
