Description

RN - Operating Room Circulator

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, and document care.
Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

RN - Operating Room Circulator Information

Schedule includes 2 eight-hour shifts and 2 twelve-hour shifts; one 12-hour weekend shift every 5-6 weeks; 8-hour weekend call every 2 months.
Start time: 6:50 AM - 3:20 PM; 6:50 AM - 7:20 AM.
Must have BLS. OT is billable after 48 hours.

RN - Operating Room Circulator Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
